Hi,
I am Alexandra, designer, happy mum of 3 little girls . . . and in love with wool and all things handmade.
I love knitting, making my home cozy and like being in nature. And of course, I love to design knitting patterns for babys, toddlers and children (patterns for teens will follow with the growing of my own kids).
As a child I spent most of my time knitting little stuff like scarves, hats or blankets for myself and my beloved dolls and cuddly toys.
When my first daughter was born, I rediscovered knitting and since then I've been in love with creating knitted pieces from simple stitches and natural wool. In the beginning, I sold my knitted newborn and baby outfits, but since I was often asked to share my designs I have decided to do so.
As a knitting mum, I wanted to create patterns that are easy to knit in between or in the evening after a busy day (without too much stitch counting) but still with a beautiful result, easy to put on, comfortable (almost seamless) with a perfect fit.
My timeless patterns are very detailed and beginner-friendly, easy to follow tutorials with lots of pictures.
I would love to inspire you for hand-knitted clothes that are like little treasures full of childhood memories. . . lovely first knitted garments for little ones.
